Credentially is a workforce automation platform that helps healthcare organizations onboard and manage staff efficiently. With growing traction in the behavioural health sector, Credentially aimed to deepen its presence by positioning itself as a knowledgeable and trusted voice in the space.
During a client onboarding session, it became clear that behavioural health providers faced unique operational and compliance challenges that weren’t being adequately addressed in the broader healthcare conversation. Credentially saw an opportunity to lead this discussion—but needed a clear content strategy to turn these insights into action.
Forge Together captured the key talking points from that client session and transformed them into a multi-channel campaign. We developed a cornerstone white paper exploring workforce and compliance challenges in behavioural health, supported by five blog articles, targeted social content, and an ABM campaign across LinkedIn and email. Each asset was tailored to resonate with behavioural health executives and operations leads, reinforcing Credentially’s relevance to their specific pain points.
The white paper anchored a broader thought leadership campaign that significantly boosted Credentially’s visibility in the behavioural health sector. Blog content saw high engagement, and social posts drove increased traffic to the site. The LinkedIn ABM campaign yielded a strong click-through rate and led to a notable increase in demo requests from behavioural health organizations. As a result, Credentially was able to open new conversations with key decision-makers across the industry—solidifying its role as a go-to solution in behavioural health workforce management.
